Do I need to already own land before contacting you?
No. You can start the conversation at any stage - whether you own a lot, are currently looking, or haven't started yet. We can advise on site suitability and lot selection as part of early planning.

What areas do you build in?
HK Homes builds primarily in Pahrump, Nevada. We also consider projects in the greater Las Vegas and Henderson area. Contact us to discuss your specific location.
